The Huddersfield branch has around 100 members and was formed in 1982 by A Barraclough, E J Dibb, G Earnshaw, K M Kaye, J M Makin and J Wood. In 2003 we celebrated our 21st Anniversary at the April meeting. It is one of around 190 branches of the NHS Retirement Fellowship (NHSRF).

If you live in Calderdale, Kirklees or district and are nearing retirement, or have recently retired from the NHS, we will be delighted to offer you (and your spouse) membership, and look forward to seeing you at our meetings in the future.

We have interesting monthly meetings and also arrange walks, outings, holidays and lunches.

The Huddersfield branch meets on the second Thursday of each month in the town centre at St Patrick's Catholic Centre in Trinity Street, which is about 250ys both the bus and rail stations.  The meetings start at 2.00pm, but tea and biscuits are available from 1.30 to 1.50 pm.

On joining you will receive a programme of meeting dates and speakers.
